Serrick

Ranger of Andopola

Serrick

Serrick is the last remaining Assent from the days before the Silvestrem closed its gates and enslaved its gladiators. In the beginning, Serrick struck hard against his captors and his escape attempts are still the stuff of legends in the dungeons of the Silvestrem. They were not without cost, however. Each failure chipped away at the archer’s soul until Serrick became a man without hope. He no longer dreams of freedom, accepting that someday age will weaken his arm, slow his reflexes and he will one day miss his mark when it matters most. That day is not yet in view, and despite being past his prime, Serrick is still one of the arena’s deadliest combatants. His arrows have felled countless men and beasts and he is second only to Drusus in number of victories.

The Silvestrem veteran Serrick is a ranged attacker with high range and low health. Wisely keep Serrick behind his troupe and have him rain arrows down on his enemies. With his 5 dice and his Deadly Aim passive, Serrick has ridiculously high damage, able to dish out up to 12 damage in a single attack. With great highs come lows, however, as Serrick can just as easily roll poorly on his attack dice and be left with his paltry 2 base damage. Serrick has low Momentum Dice, but their effects are doubled, allowing him to grant impressive bonuses to the members of his troupe.

Serrick’s skills lean heavily on positioning him or his troupe to do more damage. The one exception is Caryn, Serrick’s crow companion. Caryn is essentially a moveable piece of blocking terrain that cannot do damage, but can Blind a single target. Combined with Arcing Shots, Caryn can ensure single enemies will pay dearly as they try to reach Serrick.

Serrick has a Consumable equipment slot and Wildcard slot that allows him to equip any item. We recommend Seeker’s Snare for added battlefield control, Blade of Songs for maximum damage and Golemstone Shield for attack avoidance.
