The priestess Amalia lost everything to the Quiescentia, the great plague that almost wiped out the elven people. Her temple quickly became a hospital as she and her sisters vainly attempted to ease the suffering of the afflicted. Amalia watched in horror as one by one their patients expired, soon followed by all of her sisters. Her prayers to Pael went unanswered, and within a month she was alone to bury the dead. Like many of her fellow survivors, Amalia began to question why she was spared and, more importantly to her, why the other races remained untouched. She ransacked her own temple, piling the relics and scriptures of her god and setting them on fire. She prayed to the searing abyss for answers and Keyet, god of death, welcomed her with his cold embrace.
Amalia specializes in healing and control, keeping her allies topped off with global skills and inflicting debilitating status effects on her enemies. The priestess of Keyet has health on the lower side of the scale, but high range and (if Ebb and Flow is chosen), high speed. She also has the best base damage in the game, allowing her to provide consistent damage in addition to all of her support-related skills. Amalia should stay in the backline, using the members of her troupe as a shield as she cripples her opponents and keeps her allies alive.
